Caramel Icing Recipe
2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. margarine
4 tbsp. flour
Mix all ingredients together. Cook over medium heat. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool until thick enough to spread.
